Discover our Writers Programme

Our Writers Programme is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your talent, enhance your creative skills, and amplify your unique voice. Lasting 8 months, the programme includes workshops led by industry experts, weekly drop-in sessions for independent writing, and the chance to showcase your work in a performance featuring professional actors and directors.

Open to everyone interested in writing, we welcome up to 40 participants each year. Starting in April, our Monday evening workshops and supportive mentorships connect you with playwrights, screenwriters, and dramaturges who will guide and inspire you every step of the way.

At Intermission, we believe in fostering creativity and personal growth, enriching not only our participants but the wider cultural landscape with diverse stories and fresh perspectives. The programme provides a safe and supportive space to develop your storytelling, reflect on life experiences, and connect with like-minded creatives.
