Executive Director

Full-time role. Flexibility of hours is key.

Salary: £52,500 per annum depending on experience.

Location: Victoria, London

The role

As our current Executive Director will be standing down at Easter to relocate to the South West, Intermission Youth is recruiting for an ambitious, strategic and business-minded leader to work alongside the Artistic Director Darren Raymond, and lead the organisation into its next phase of development and expansion, including the search for a new home.

​This is an exciting opportunity and requires a leader with a vision for the work of Intermission Youth, a commitment to working with and improving the life chances of young people, a passion to promote access to theatre, film and culture, as well as excellent management and business skills.
